I’m Amanda,

I started Vital Roots Health Co because I saw some missing gaps in the industry of weight loss and wellness that has left so many spinning their wheels and looking for answers.

So, I rounded up a few like-minded Chicago-based health coaches and created Vital Roots Health Co. We are different from other fitness coaching services in that we take a ‘whole-you’ approach, one that digs deep to the roots in order to truly uncover what’s holding you back from reaching your goals; it’s how we keep you from going in cycles ever again.
